I am very lucky to have the use of a very well equipped CrossFit Box/Gym, where I train most my Personal Training Clients from and there are various running routes that start and finish at the Box/Gym.

I can also train you outside in the fresh air and have very Limited home evening Personal Training slots as well.

I have various time slots, though out the week.

If we are indoors or outdoors, your session will be it fun and enjoyable whatever the weather and get you to your goals.

I also do Small Group Personal Training (4 in a Group) or PT Buddy (2 in a Group).

Your Personal Training Journey

This is how your Personal training will work if you are 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 (PT Buddy).  If doing Small Group Personal Training it will work a little bit differently.

Consultation

  • Start of with a free Consultation, to see what you want to get out of personal training, like goals, and to fill in the Paperwork.
  • It is also time to see if I am the right Personal Trainer for you, but that also swings both ways as I can see if you are the right type of person that I want to train.

Health & Fitness Assessments (First Paid Personal Training Session)

  • We will go though some Health & Fitness Assessments, to give you a start point and a benchmark and the assessment are tailed specifically to your goals (In other words if your goal is just General fitness, the assessments will be different to if it Sports Specific) Also see if you have any health problems in over words if the assessments show that you have high blood pressure, etc (If anything does show up, you will be required to see a Dr before I start training you).
  • As long as you have stuck to your new training routine, we will follow up with a Health & Fitness Assessments on week 8.

Training Programme (Second Personal Training Session)

On your Second Personal Training session, with the results of your Health & Fitness Assessments and with what level of fitness you are and that you are an individual you will get a bespoke Personal Training programme and we will start you off with building the foundations of improving your health & fitness (Improving Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility & Core Strength)

I will leave you with some training to do on your own so on the days you are not training with me you will have something to do! (More you put in the more you will get out of it) and you will also get a log book to fill in as well as a meal diary.  It will not just be me wanting to check it, but also for you to look back at say 3-6 months to 1-2 years and then you can look back see how much you have improved!

Training Programme (Future Personal Training Session)

Programmes will be progressive and challenging and will be adapted and changed as you progress!

It will involve you a lot of hard work and if you put 80-100% effort in! You will get 80-100% out of it!

At the end of the day you are investing in your Health and Fitness for a better way of life!
