Personal Training
Start of with a free Consultation, to see what you want out of personal training, like goals, what level you want, etc and to fill in the Paperwork.
Personal Training is Tailored to you. It can happen in three Ways:
- Train you in your own home!
- Train you outside in the fresh air
- Train you at your Gym that you are a member of. (You must ask permission from your gym if I can come in to train you.)
As I train and coach you, I will educate you as well as getting you to your goals.

Train you out side
- In the fresh air, In a park or on a heath. With no kit at all using your body weight or using some of the kit above, making it fun and enjoyable what ever the weather and get you to your goals.
Train you at your Gym
- Last of all if you are a member of a Gym, I can train you there as long as you ask the Manager if it is O.K.
Personal Circuit Training
Personal Training Circuits are specific to your goals and can be done outside in the fresh air, in a park or your garden. Can be done on your own, with a friend or in a group!
